OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

On May 18, 1981, Lonnie Faulkenberry entered pleas of nolo contendere to an indictment charging him with arson in the first degree1 and murder in the second degree (felony murder).2 Superior Court Judge Gerald Van Hoomissen sentenced Faulkenberry on July 15, 1981, requiring him to serve a term of sixty years' incarceration for the murder charge.
