This is an action for damages to the elementary school in Deepwater, Henry County, Missouri, which is owned by plaintiff, Lakeland R-3 School District. Plaintiff alleges that the damage to the school occurred on March 8, 1978, when the United States Army was using explosives to destroy Missouri State Bridge No. 5, located approximately 1.5 miles from the school.
