This is an appeal by the husband from a judgment of the trial court granting the wife a separation on the grounds of abandonment. The judgment further awards the custody of the two minor children to the mother; fixes visitation privileges and awards the wife alimony and child support. The husband's reconventional demand for separation, on the grounds of cruel treatment or abandonment, was dismissed. We reverse and dismiss that portion of the trial court...
