PER CURIAM.

Daniel McCarthy challenges the judgment of conviction, rendered by the Circuit Court for Broward County, of employing a scheme to defraud under Section 817.035(2). We have carefully reviewed the record and the briefs, and find only one point which merits discussion: whether appellant's acquittal in a prior Palm Beach County prosecution barred the prosecution sub judice. We affirm.
