In this worker's compensation case, Domingo Villa appeals from a take-nothing judgment rendered in favor of Commercial Union Insurance Company by the trial court on a jury's verdict. On appeal, Villa claims the trial court reversibly erred: (1) by failing to quash the civil jury panels in Hale County because of the underrepresentation of Mexican-Americans on those panels and because defendants like Commercial Union systematically strike all MexicanAmericans...
