This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Doran Chevrolet in a claim against, and in defense of a counterclaim brought by, Martco, Inc. Martco concedes the validity of the summary judgment as to Doran's claim, but contends that its response to Doran's motion for summary judgment raised a fact issue precluding summary judgment on the counterclaim.
