On 15 June 1981, plaintiff STAR filed an amended complaint in this antitrust action. Defendants move to dismiss portions of the amended complaint on the grounds (1) that plaintiff has failed to state a claim under Clayton Act § 3, 15 U.S.C. § 14 and (2) that the damage allegations of ¶ 28(d) are without legal basis. Defendants additionally move to dismiss on the ground that STAR is not the proper plaintiff...
