Appeal is taken from a conviction for possession with intent to deliver phenmetrazine. Appellant was convicted in a trial before the court and punishment was assessed at five years.

In his first ground of error, appellant maintains the court erred in overruling his motion to suppress the contraband which formed the basis of the instant prosecution. He urges that officers were without authority to conduct a warrantless...
