Supreme Court of Vermont.

July 22, 1982.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Robert J. Perry, South Burlington, for plaintiff-appellant.

William D. Robinson, Colchester, for defendant-appellee.

We are satisfied that that ruling ought not to be disturbed, and the dismissal of the action is therefore validated.

Judgment affirmed.
