The order of the deputy commissioner is AFFIRMED except for reservation of jurisdiction "to adjudicate any and all issues... ." When the final order disposes of all matters properly before the deputy, any reservation of jurisdiction should be restricted to a determination of taxable costs and attorney's fees.
