Appellant Jack Sowers, defendant below, appeals from a final judgment in lien foreclosure. We reverse and dismiss.
Sowers engaged appellee James Hoenstine, d/b/a Oceanic Enterprises, to construct a concrete pad on his property. Dissatisfied with the work, Sowers refused to pay.
