Plaintiffs brought this action to obtain an order requiring defendants to provide free transportation to and from school for pupils enrolled in the Cadillac Area Public Schools who live more than one-and-one-half miles from their school. The circuit judge granted defendants' motions for summary and accelerated judgment.
