The defendant, Tasi F. Pule, appeals from a judgment of conviction for manslaughter in the Superior Court. An indictment charged the defendant with second-degree murder for the stabbing death of James Hathaway. After trial, a Superior Court jury found Pule guilty of manslaughter.
