The defendant, The New York Times ("Times"), was the prevailing party in plaintiff's action which asserted against it claims of reverse sex discrimination and retaliation. The Times now moves pursuant to section 706(k) of Title VII1 for attorneys' fees as part of the costs of the litigation. Familiarity is assumed with this Court's opinion dismissing the plaintiff's complaint on the merits...
