Plaintiff was employed as a police officer. On the evening of February 18, 1981, plaintiff was brought to the police station at the direction of the deputy police chief for an administrative inquiry. Plaintiff sought worker's compensation benefits on the basis of his alleged "nervous breakdown" that occurred during the inquiry.
