This is an action for wrongful death arising from a rear end collision between the front of a large truck and trailer (an 18-wheeler) driven by Charles Gates and owned by H Moving & Storage, Inc., Kileen, Texas, and the rear of a Volkswagen driven by Michael Blane McNeal, son of plaintiffs, who was killed in the accident.
