Relator was held in contempt by the 181st District Court of Randall County for failing to make child support payments and was sentenced to pay a fine of $1.00, serve six months in the county jail and remain confined "until he has paid the arrearages found herein [$3070.00] and the costs of court of this proceeding or until further Order of this Court."
