Petitioner Robert Hutson seeks a writ of habeas corpus. He alleges that the action of the Brockton District Court in compelling him to proceed to trial without counsel violated his Sixth and Fourteenth Amendment rights. Petitioner requests an order returning him to that Court for a bench trial with counsel.
