GARRISON, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court cancelling defendants' lease, ordering their eviction from the premises, ordering defendants to pay rent from January 1, 1981 until possession is given to plaintiff, and awarding attorney's fees to plaintiff. From that judgment, defendants appeal.
