Capitol International Airways, Inc. ("Capitol") has filed objections before this Court to one portion of the September 13, 1982 Recommended Decision of Magistrate Kent Sinclair, Jr. In that opinion, Magistrate Sinclair concluded, inter alia, that Capitol should not be held in default for its failure to answer the cross-claims asserted against it by the Klakis class but directed Capitol, on pain of sanctions...
