Husband appeals from a decree dissolving a three-year marriage. He contends that the property division was inequitable, because it awarded wife 57 percent of the value of the marital residence and was based on the respective life expectancies of the parties. Wife cross-appeals. She contends that she should have been awarded a larger judgment lien against the marital home to offset the disproportionate share of personal property awarded husband...
