The appellant, Vernice Allen Dewey, was found guilty of the offense of burglary. He was assessed a punishment of twenty years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections and a $5000.00 fine. The question presented for review is whether the appellant's oral confession and the fruits thereof were erroneously admitted into evidence.
