The parties to this appeal were divorced in March of 1980, and a property settlement agreement was approved by the court and made a part of the decree. The agreement contained a provision that "The defendant will pay to the plaintiff the sum of $400.00 per month as alimony as long as she remains single and living as a single person."
Several months later the defendant, Frank Stracener, was cited for contempt for failing to make the alimony...
