This is an appeal from an order of the district court finding the appellants in civil contempt for failure to obey the court's temporary restraining order. In the TRO the court had ordered the United Mine Workers of America Local 1702, its officers, agents and members to end a wildcat strike at Consolidation Coal Company's Blacksville Mine No. 2.
