Appellant Allen Borges Rapozo was convicted of Burglary in the First Degree on March 10, 1980, following a three-day jury trial. He was sentenced to a ten-year prison term on April 24, 1980, and Judgment was entered the same day. On May 7, 1980, appellant's court-appointed counsel filed a Notice of Appeal.
