SPURLOCK, Justice.

This is an appeal from the dismissal of a medical malpractice suit. The Hickmans sued Dr. Myers for damages for the cost of rearing a child born to Mrs. Hickman after the alleged negligent performance of a laproscoptic tubal ligation on her which was supposed to render her sterile.
