This appeal considers the validity of two installment contracts for deed to approximately five acres of real estate in St. Clair County. Two lawsuits resulted from the two contracts and they were ultimately consolidated for trial and this appeal. A prior lawsuit involving one of the contracts resulted in an appeal to this court.
