ESQUIVEL, Justice.

Appellant's motion for rehearing en banc is denied. However, the original opinion filed in this cause is withdrawn and the following opinion is substituted.

This is an appeal from a conviction for burglary of a building by concealment pursuant to Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 30.02(a)(2) (Vernon 1974). Appellant was found guilty by a jury and found to have been convicted of two prior felonies as alleged in the indictment....
