This matter was filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on July 1, 1981 by the Plaintiff to enjoin the Defendants from taking any action to prevent Plaintiff from "having the care, custody and control" of her minor child, Brandon Michael DeWyse, or to prevent her from associating with one Joe Ouilette during the pendency of this litigation.
