The employee, James M. Prout, appeals from a pro forma decree of the Superior Court (Washington County) affirming a denial1 by the Workers' Compensation Commission of the employee's petition to compel payment of compensation, brought pursuant to 39 M.R.S.A. § 104-A (1980).2
