GRIMES, Judge.

Appellant, Gene Lorenzo, complains that his probation was improperly revoked for failure to follow the time limitations of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act, section 941.45, Florida Statutes (1979).

Lorenzo was placed on probation in January of 1979 for delivery of cannabis. Two months later, his probation officer filed an affidavit alleging that Lorenzo had violated the terms of his probation. A warrant was issued for Lorenzo's arrest...
