OPINION

HUGHES, Justice.

Lewis Massengale has appealed his conviction for the offense of the murder of Billy Houston Glover, Jr. for which he was sentenced to imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections for life.

We affirm.

Since the sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged, we will discuss only facts relevant to the disposition of the four grounds of error.
