In this cause, plaintiff Sophia Brock, widow of Elmo L. Brock, sued defendant, Aetna Life & Casualty Insurance Company for accidental death benefits under a group life insurance policy issued by defendant to Western Auto Supply Company, Elmo Brock's employer. Defendant did not dispute that Elmo Brock was covered under the group policy at the time of his death and that under the policy, plaintiff was his beneficiary. The jury below returned a verdict...
