This litigation arose out of a contract dispute between Isaacson Structural Steel Company and Christianson Construction Company; Armco Steel Corporation became involved when Isaacson filed a third-party complaint against it. After a lengthy trial, the superior court entered judgment in favor of Isaacson in the third-party action. On appeal, however, we held that Armco was not liable...
