Ralph Edward Williams, the appellant, was charged by a grand jury indictment with the offenses of sexual abuse of a child under § 21.10 Tex.Penal Code Ann. (Vernon 1974), and sexual abuse of a person under § 21.04 Tex.Penal Code Ann. (Vernon Supp.1981).
