This is a child custody jurisdiction case arising under the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act of 1980, 28 U.S.C. § 1738A (Supp.1982), and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act, Ala.Code §§ 30-3-20 to -44 (Cum.Supp.1981).
