Appellant was found guilty by a jury of unlawful possession of marijuana, D.C.Code 1973, § 33-402. On appeal he alleges that, because he was charged only with possession, and not sale,1 of marijuana, he was unduly prejudiced at trial by the admission of evidence that he had made two sales of marijuana shortly before the police arrested him and recovered marijuana...
