Defendant appeals from a jury conviction for robbery and escape. He contends the trial court erred in denying his motion for mistrial based upon (1) repeated references by the prosecutor and state witnesses to offenses not charged in the information, (2) testimony elicited from a defense witness regarding the prior criminal record of the defendant, which improperly and prejudicially tended to show that defendant had bad character.
