This is an appeal from an order of the district court granting summary disposition of an application for post-conviction relief. The applicant, Ardell K. Schmidt, was charged with the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. He was found to be an indigent person, an attorney was appointed to represent him, and he entered a plea of not guilty.
