In this civil action, plaintiff seeks to recover accidental death benefits under three separate insurance policies for the death of her husband. Plaintiff asserts that she is entitled to the benefits because the decedent accidentally drowned in a hotel swimming pool. Defendants contend that plaintiff is not entitled to accidental death benefits because the decedent died as a result of fatal heart diseases...
