CLINTON, Judge.

Appeals are taken from convictions for aggravated robbery obtained in a single trial; each appellant's punishment was assessed at life confinement pursuant to V.T. C.A. Penal Code, § 12.42(d).

By ground of error five, each appellant alleges his written inculpatory statement was a product of his illegal detention arising from an unreasonable warrantless arrest. We are constrained to reverse both convictions under this...
