This is an appeal from a judgment of the Civil District Court in favor of plaintiffs Anthony Chappetta and his daughter, Yvonne Chappetta. Plaintiffs sued to recover damages they sustained when a truck driven by Roland Ridley, Jr., struck Mr. Chappetta's automobile which his daughter, Yvonne, was driving.
