CLINTON, Judge.

Appellant was indicted for possession with intent to deliver heroin, enhanced by two prior felony drug convictions. The trial court granted the State's motion to strike from the indictment the words "with the intent to deliver." Allison v. State, 618 S.W.2d 763 (Tex.Cr.App.1981).
