The questions presented are (1) whether the indictment should have been dismissed in accordance with the Speedy Trial Act; (2) whether the search which produced the marihuana admitted into evidence at trial was a legal search; (3) whether the rights of appellant to a "Jackson v. Denno hearing" were violated; and (4) whether the State proved an unbroken chain of custody...
