Defendant Northland Aluminum Products, Inc. appeals the judgment of the district court1 for plaintiff Creative Cookware, Inc. in this action for patent infringement. Creative cross-appeals the denial of treble damages, attorney's fees, and prejudgment interest. We affirm.
