L & B Oil Company has petitioned this court for review of an order of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) reversing a decision by the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission that L & B was entitled to a favorable pricing category provided for by the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978, 15 U.S.C. § 3301 et seq.
