This is a suit for permanent injunction, brought by Homer N. Comeau and Hazel A. Comeau, to enjoin the City of Brookside Village from enforcing two ordinances relating to the location of mobile homes and to recover damages. The trial court, without a jury, held the ordinances were valid and constitutional and rendered a take nothing judgment against the Comeaus.
