Texas Western Financial Corporation (Texas Western) brought suit against Danny Fuller d/b/a Danny's Factory Outlet (Fuller) for certain goods, wares and materials, alleging that Texas Western was an assignee of Amcrest Textiles, Inc. (Amcrest).
