SINGLETON, Judge.

James R. Leonard was convicted of two counts of misconduct involving weapons in the second degree, AS 11.61.210 (Counts I and III) and two counts of criminal mischief in the third degree, AS 11.46.484 (Counts II and IV). The evidence established that he fired a rifle at a cabin and pickup truck. He was subsequently sentenced to 360 days with 330 suspended, fined $3,000 with $2,000 suspended, and placed on one-year probation on Count...
