PER CURIAM.

Appellant Donald Albert Walsh was convicted by a jury of aggravated assault, trespassing with a firearm, and first-degree murder. The trial judge imposed two consecutive five-year sentences for the former two charges, and, over the jury's recommendation of life, imposed the death sentence for the murder conviction.1 We affirm all three convictions and the sentences for assault and trespassing, but, in accordance with the jury...
